Digital Menus with NFC Tags

A tag in the table, a tap, and the menu opens — no app, no camera, no printing a new booklet every time a price changes. Photos, categories, sold-out toggles and prices the owner edits from a phone. QR fallback for older handsets, and it loads on a bad connection because that's the connection people have.

Digital Invitations

Invitation sites that are an experience rather than a JPEG in a WhatsApp group. Each one gets its own art direction — a cable-stayed bridge rendered as a live engineering blueprint for a projects camp, a wax-seal opening sequence for a private influencer dinner — with RSVP, calendar and map built in. Delivered for the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate and Takamul PR among others.

Customer and pipeline systems shaped around how a business already sells, rather than forcing it into a template. Lead capture, stage tracking, follow-up reminders, per-agent targets and the reports the owner actually opens. I've also deployed and administered HubSpot, Speedoo, Morabaa and Bayan for teams that were better served by an existing tool.

I studied dentistry and worked chairside as a dental assistant, so the workflow follows how a clinic actually runs — not how software usually assumes it does.

Neighbourhood generator operators run their whole business on paper. This replaces the ledger: every subscriber, the monthly rate, who has paid and who hasn't, collection flow across the month — plus a live sensor feed from the generator itself. Arabic-first, built for one thumb on a cheap phone.

NOC EYE

A network operations platform that pulls live telemetry and alerts from several separate monitoring systems into one prioritised event dashboard. Built-in SSH and Telnet console so engineers reach Cisco Nexus, Nokia IXR and edge switches without leaving the tool, plus CDP/LLDP discovery that maps and catalogues devices automatically. Cut MTTR by removing multi-dashboard fatigue during outages.

What I can actually be handed.

I sit between the network layer and the product layer — comfortable in a rack at 3am and in a schema at 3pm. That range is the point: most of these systems failed for their owners because nobody owned both ends.

Network Operations CCNA studied

24/7 monitoring and incident response. Routing, switching, VLANs, VTP, STP, BGP basics, NAT, ACLs. Ticketing workflows, performance analysis, availability checks.

Systems & Servers Linux

TrueNAS, Oracle Linux, personal and small-business server setup. Backups, storage, remote access, keeping things alive on unreliable power and internet.

Product Builds Full stack

The systems in this corridor — clinic, POS, CRM, billing, storefronts. Schema design through to the interface, in Arabic and English, on the hardware clients already own.

Monitoring network infrastructure with 24/7 incident response. Troubleshooting routing, switching, VLANs, STP and BGP issues; escalating and documenting through ticketing workflows; coordinating with technical teams to cut downtime and response time.

PC building and hardware compatibility, WordPress site management, technical support and customer communication. Built working relationships with vendors, retailers and electronic parts suppliers across Iraq — the supply-chain knowledge behind the hardware side of my project work.

20–80 records a day into the company portal with source-document verification, product and pricing updates, and routine data cleanup. Unglamorous, and the reason I have strong opinions about how data entry screens should be designed.

Dental Assistant — Dr. Taif Mahdi Clinic

Clinical data management, sterilisation protocols, patient care and medical inventory. Combined with a dentistry degree from Al-Turath University, this is why DentoDesk models a clinic correctly — I ran the workflow before I wrote it.
